Wow I don't know why they are doing that. All of my scalps at 5Dimes have been "bad lines" which turns me away from using them.

then again, having to have a large amount of funds in each book just to make 6 bucks on a scalp here and there might not be worth it especially when some books wont let you withdraw all at once and charge 50 bucks per each withdraw
