We are already in 2010. Do any arrests in the calendar year count? Even the ones already happened? If it's for the NFL season when does it start? When camps begin, during preseason or with first official game? Do the playoffs count in the season?

Should be just regular season, since the teams that don't make the playoffs have a higher chance of having players arrested with more free time than the teams that make the postseason.
