    Morales or Moron?
Kendry Morales breaks his leg on the walk off GrandSlam celebration.

But really, I have always wondered why they get all aggressive during those celebrations. Seems like more would get injured doing them walk off celebrations.

              The Agony Of Victory

Los Angeles Angels first baseman Kendry Morales isn't the only athlete to injure himself while celebrating.

              • Sept. 20, 2009: Seattle Mariners catcher Rob Johnson twisted his ankle celebrating an Ichiro walk-off home run.

              • Dec. 15, 2001: Arizona Cardinals kicker Bill Gramatica tore his ACL celebrating a first-quarter field goal.

              • Nov. 23, 1997: Washington Redskins quarterback Gus Frerotte head-butted a wall and sprained his neck celebrating a one-yard scoring run.

This will go down among the worst celebrations ever and will change the way baseball teams celebrate the walkoff.

Huge loss. Morales had 11 homers and close to 40 rbi's.

ANAHEIM -- Los Angeles Angels first baseman Kendry Morales broke his lower left leg while celebrating his game-winning grand slam in the Angels' 5-1 win over the Seattle Mariners Saturday.

Morales will undergo surgery Sunday with ankle specialist Phil Kwong. The Angels did not release a timetable for his return, but the severity of the injury suggests it could be season-ending.

he didn't do anything different than anyone else after hitting a walk off, he went to jump on home plate and it was a freak injury and he landed funny
