Whats a good long haul travel CD? I've worn out Tom Petty, Rush and a few Neil Young.

Back in Black - AC/DC... Seriously. I love all the bands you listed in your initial post - got pic framed of Tom Petty hanging on my wall, seen double digit performances by Neil Young and been a huge Rush fan for 25 years (2112) is my fav by the way.

However, if you're talking about driving down the road or flying through the skies for hours while rockin', having a good time with some classic rock - Back in Black is the obvious choice.

And as a sleeper that you may not know much about, but goes right along with your genre - I'd recommend any album from Gov't Mule (Life Before Insanity is my fav with them)

                  For something not already mentioned:

                  Dire Straits first album

Something from the Kinks and Talking Heads.
