Don't know about that, Buffalo to Jersey would be quicker to go I90 to 81 unless there's a way I don't know which is very possible.

Without looking at a map Cuse, I am thinking I-90 east to Rochester, 390 south to route 17 east. WAY better trip (scenery), especially to Jersey and no tolls after Rochester.
