Frog legs are awesome...........they taste like gourmet chicken.

I have them 1-2 times a year..........HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Don't you have to boil them to get them out of their shell? I'm not a chef so please share how they were cooked.

I've had escargot before. It's usually swimming in butter and herbs, so you don't taste much. Frog legs I hear are exquisite.

I have snails before. They taste like shrimp (the really bad one). I have bull nuts before. They call them Rocky Mountain Oysters. Too salty for my taste and will raise your blood pressure. Frog legs will try at least once. Same as with horse meat. It can't be worse than venison. But monkey brains? Maybe if it's the only food available for the next 7 days and I have already ate my shoes.

bulls nuts and monkey brains are the two i would really not want to eat. Bulls nuts aren't even supposed to be that bad though right? Or maybe i am thinking of another species nuts....

Theres a place down by me that has frog legs and turtle soup...Eat the turtle soup, frog legs as an appetizer, then alligator po boy.
