Pinnacle NHL Bets: Regulation vs. Overtime
I bet on Edmonton against Anaheim in NHL a few days ago at 3.59 and they won. Yeah!!! However, when I login I see that they have not added my funds. And they have also cancelled the bet AFTER the game has been played, without noticing me.

    This cannot be right.

Pinnacle is pretty good about contacting players when they cancel a wager. Do you use the same email that you registered with them? I have *NEVER* heard of Pinny canceling a wager without an email being sent.

At +259, I'm guessing you had them to win in regulation? Edmonton won a shootout - it's a push if you played the regulation ML.

The game was won in a Shootout 3-2. I have a feeling you bet the game in regulation time only. If you did Pinnacle will note the wager as cancelled, as the game ended 2-2 in regulation.

Check your ticket and make sure your wager included OT.

I am sorry guys. You are correct. I didnt see in all my anger that i bet on in regular time at one bookie and another with 1,4 WITH overtime. Lost 1015€. Yeah yeah.

Mods, plz remove this thread if I cannot do it myself.

the only time i bet regulation time ml for a team is when that team has a really bad record of losing in shoot outs.

i also noticed that regulation ml is usually 1-2 pts worse than OT included ml...for slight favs that is. i usually do OT included ml because the odds is a little better.

pinnacle is pretty good with their customer service. can't really complain about anything at this point.
