Have you tried asking them to take you off their marketing list? Go to Live chat or give them a call to be taken off. Normally this will work depending on the book.

That wouldn't help, as Youwager doesn't offer moneybookers and I'm sure Baus would prefer getting paid this way.

Derek Brown (BetPhoenix) calls me at least twice a month and leaves a message with the bonuses being offered, I never answer when he calls (call display shows "2431") as I'm not interested in playing with them, they removed me from low juice/charge more than most places for moneybookers withdrawals and now Baus is reporting it takes more than a week to get a payout.

Pinnacle/Carib: payout via moneybookers in less than 5 minutes from request.
Jazz/5Dimes/Jamaica are a bit slower than that, but not much.
