Dear bodog send me my hand history

I asked 11 days ago, asked 5 more times after i did not receive it, and really need it. I mean I only requested 4000 hands, and they told me 24 hours each time. I checked my email on file 3 times to make sure they didnt send it elsewhere. Please someone from Bodog do your job. I am getting pissed off now lol. They keep lying to me.

i am shocked that you asked bodog for something 6 times and didn't get it - they have always been terrific from my experience

i would suggest any time you are given the runaround to go one rung higher on the ladder if possible

Try asking them if they deal dual lines in the sportsbook or if they use lengthy delays on bet confirmation to adjust their stale lines and see if you get a reply from them.

why wouldn't you like dual lines?
easy chalky lines to start - and if you bet big on underdogs and they give you the other lines couldn't you use that to your advantage?

for example if matchbook has the laa -123/tor +122 and bodog gives you an alternate line of laa-120/tor +110 i'm not sure why you would complain about free money

Wait, so Becky it is possible to request poker hand histories from Bodog? I have tried this in the past, and was always told this was not possible. Is this something now you will do for customers? What ranges can we request?

You get to make maybe 4 bets at most on the square line set before they put you on the so called "sharp" line feed, which is so vanilla that I almost never found a line there I couldn't get better elsewhere. Just looking at the current MLB lines, Matchbook has a better line on all 30 sides even after commission, and Bodog doesn't even have totals up yet for 2 games (the CHC and COL games).

The issue is that dealing dual lines is illegal in any regulated jurisdiction and Bodog flat out lies about the dual lines if you ask them about it. They must think their customers are all idiots.

I lost ones at Bodog, Carbon and TruePoker and support at all three said they do not archive hand histories and they have no way to send them to you. If you know better contact people to request those from the sites I list, please let me know.

I Finally got IT! It took 12 days, but I got it. Shout out to Bodog Customer Service Reps Licia and Pierre T. They finally helped me get it. Dont know why it took so long, and dont really care.

That must have been a while ago- there were some bodog.com payment difficulties from about two years ago that have long since been resolved.

All bodog brand licensees have been paying out within 4-7 biz days for approximately the past two years.

I requested a check last monday night...received it 2 days later (wednesday) at 10am. I have received checks from them within a few days most the time, but sometimes it does take them 5-6 business days. I try to request money on Sundays and normally receive checks thursday or fridays.

I always get paid quick via check. Request on Sunday night, I get a tracking number Wednesday night and FedEx is here 9 - 10 AM Thursday. When I win of course, last few years been like clockwork. Never more than high 3 figures, not a huge player. Just happy to cash when I win, some weeks are good, some aren't but I get paid.
