I usually try to be condecendent with people sorrow.., but it seems like this guy is crazy....

Let say that i find a friend on the street and that friend and i ask him about a good car agency.., so advice me to go to agency XXXX.., then, my car turns out to be a piece of crapt..., so, should i blame him because he advice me the agency???... its true he adviced me.., but at the end, either way its my choise..., i should see the if there was anything wrong with the agency...
