Those sites that are protecting Sportsbook.com can't be trusted.
I’m not advocating players not visit those sites. If they have good info then by all means have at it. When its time to pick a new sportsbook remember those sites that turned a blind eye to the blatant theft of your fellow players. Next time it could be you that were scammed. If you players do not stick together the books will steal you blind with the help of their paid henchmen.

Support your fellow players and don’t click any links at the following websites.
    TheRx
    Covers

While it appears you guys are standing alone here, it is nice to see a light shining above all the darkness that is out there. Keep up the good work John, Bill and others.

Actually we are not alone. The EOG and MadJackssports have both taken down Sportsbook.com. One could argue that tow and mw are not in the main mix. The two that could really make a difference are Covers and the Rx. We have heard that Covers will not allow them to renew but thats a wrist slap.

I'll tell ya' what I like Linesmaker.com better SBoo's sister site because the lay out seems easier to read then scrolling around all over the place at SBooo...

I can be trusted and I support SBoo... I finally got off of my as* and faxed them my info... The check is on the way...

Thanks tblues. I'm not sure where to put 911. Sting gets some good info but the forum is not active. If I would have thought it through a little I would have only mentioned Covers and Rx. Those other sites have little choice but to take the money and have no real influence over the books.

But if Covers and the Rx took them down they would refund the money and never try that again. As it stands, its still open season on the players. The next theft case from them will likely be even bigger.

You may want to contact them on this, I agree they do have some good information over there on certain things but if you can somehow contact them and hopefully they will be on your side on this issue, maybe when their contract runs out they will take them down also. You know a lot better than I do on that.

G911 and tow handle things the same way. They were all over the SBG theft, which is good, but SBG is not a sponsor at either place. They had zero comment on Sportsbook.com which is a sponsor at both. None at all. No warnings no downgrades just complete silence. I'm fine with that. The smaller sites serve at their sponsors pleasure. They simply can not afford to criticize a sponsor much less take one down. They dont send enough players to make a difference so to Sportsbook.com, coming down off a low signup site would not bother them. Coming down from covers sure would though.

                  John...

You know how some groups do google manipulation? There were jokes done with it with Bush and WMD. How hard would it be to have a search for Sportsbook.com return a link to a "Thieves" page as the #1 link?

then they truly don't care about the players who make thier site feasible. without the players the advertising is worthless.

                        Dear John,

I'm not here to defend my choices nor to criticizes your post. You have the right to have a strong opinion and, by all means, this is your home.

Nevertheless, when riding the White Horse you should be a little bit more precise.

MadJack has sportsbetting.com among its advertisers (the one EOG took down allegedly for non renewal) while both MadJack and EOG advertise Oddsmaker.com (which you guys have on the "run list") and both advertise SBG Global.

Therefore I gather from your post that, despite all has been said about the aforementioned books (oddsmaker and sbg), they are both worth players trust.

                        Cheers,

I think the main argument is that SBR (whether it be SBR_John or SBR as a whole) gives props to a site that has the balls to remove a sponsor such as Sportsbook.com (for whatever reason) which is ripping people off left, right and centre. They're not having a go for the rest of the sponsors the site may have. Rome wasn't built in a day, and all that.

Fair enough, however I'm still puzzled as to why a removal for non renewal would count towards good faith.

On the other hand MJ still promotes sportsbetting.com (sb affiliate) therefore I maybe still missing the point here.

YOU have a lot of nerve, roberto, talking about other sites' advertisers

i left sportsbetting up, never took them down, because they were not involved in the correlated parlay fiasco and did not confiscate ANY accounts. They make their own business decisions independent of sportsbook.com.

i immediately took sportsbook.com down after i heard what happened and did my own DD on the problems. i have ZERO outstanding complaints about sportsbook.com with my members and I also helped A LOT of members from this site get paid when there was a problem with US banks not accepting certain checks people received from them.

i have ZERO outstanding complaints from any of my members about any of my advertisers. something you can definitely not claim for yourself.

i know what i'm doing, roberto, i've been dealing with sportsbooks, advertisers, and complaints in this industry for nearly 10 years now.
