They have played the heat, the cavs, the magic. Won all with ease. The Lakers are gonna get punched in the mouth of game 1 of the finals. Celtics are playing on a totally different level than the west. If Boston takes 2 out of 3 rings from Kobe in 3 years I will die happy. As a die hard bulls fan I think that will finally put to rest the stupid comparisons.

ive had some awesome success with boston this entire playoffs. I took mia gm4 but I dont think orlando can do it, i got boston in another blowout.

I would also take boston over LA, no reason to stop betting them now. I am going to make a huge bet gm 1 because its no secret boston has to win game 1 and they definitely can do it. But, it is wild the winning streak they would be on for it too happen.

Three things that people are underestimating when it comes to the Lakers: homecourt advantage, revenge factor for the 2008 finals, and they are the defending champions. I know Boston are rolling right now, but so was Orlando before this series. But to think that LA will be severely beaten and outplayed by Boston is just wishful thinking.

artest is a better defender to go against pierce, so pierce will not go crazy EVERY game this year unlike in 08 where defenseless radmanovic is guarding him, gasol has toughened up compared to 08 where he's really soft like a marshmallow, it will really be a factor in this series, boston don't have posey this year to hold down kobe like in 08, ray allen will probably be tired defending kobe most of the time

and rondo will destroy fisher, pierce and kobe straight up love playing each other and each will do their own thing, ray-ray will outduel artest, bynum does not scare me at all against perk, too much experience there for KP, and KG will be fine with gasol (honestly that's one of my only true worries) because i think we will outmatch every other player besides probably kobe and the celts have proven before they can take his best and still come out on top

why do you think doc rested the celts starters as much as he could all season? to prep for playoffs, and rightfully so at this point. the lakers have just as many age concerns and miles on the legs of some of their guys to worry about as the celts do what with kobe, fisher, and artest..even odom

celtics have one of the key mismatches in age and the younger, better player at one of the best positions so far for them all postseason with rondo over fisher

not to mention celts should be done in 4 games and have at least 4 days to rest up if not more depending on how phoenix treats LA at home

kobe and pierce will go against each other only in the 4th, artest will be on pierce almost the whoe game, fisher won't get killed as much by ray allen, allen is a good player but he isn't the speedy type which fisher always have trouble guarding, perk and bynum will most likely cancel each other out, kobe will have his against whoever guards him, remember there's no posey now to come off the bench to relieve both allen and pierce, tony allen maybe a good defender but he isn't posey type, posey's length was a problem, gasol has toughened up this past 2 years, hope he doesn't chicken out again
