Of course that is possible. I have friends that are artists and they usually like being around people they know when prepping for a show or during an art exhibition. But be sure to be supportive, ok?

Hopefully, the artist will agree to take a picture with my friend.
Since i know my friend loves her, i thought a picture would make her happy. Plus, it would make a great souvenir.

This is the thing about artists...why do they make art in the first place? You create something and throw it out there into the world. And there is no better feeling than seeing someone connect with your creation. I did my first poetry reading a month ago and my audience was into it. I can not explain the feeling, it was amazing seeing an undergrad student who told me earlier how much he hated poetry and that he was just there for extra credit giggle and nod while I read my lines. I am sure the artist will be honored to take a picture with you guys. Don't be shy! Just ask. I wrote authors of bestselling novels and they emailed me back and one even sent me a little gift after I sent her a copy of my thesis. Let me know if it works out, ok?

It's only been 4-5 days that i wrote her. Maybe she didn't check in mails yet or my message was sent unsuccessfully althought i had a notification that my message was sent successfully.

I just wish she answers me something, "yes or no", so that i will know that shes cares about her fans.
