The only place I've been to bet on sports that I would consider plush is Crown Casino here in Melbourne. Very nice and they really take care of you if they know you either have money to spend or are a regular. Awesome restaurants ie Nobu, Gordon Ramsay's new one, etc... and their hotels are awesome as well.

Most regular TABs that I've been to are either stand-alone storefronts that are very bare bones with bright fluorescent lights and the random degenerates that you'd expect to find or they're located in a pub. Some nice, some not so nice.
