The most barrelled in Grandmother

This elderly/handicapped woman wants to go to the casino. Problem is her car is not working so she decides to take a motorized scooter down the freeway for 8 miles. This woman is handicapped and dependent of oxygen and feels the uncontrolable need to gamble.
