        You figure they have to try and get attendance up any chance they can get with the short season and competitng with the NBA and NHL playoff plus MLB and other sports so might as well try a few day time Tips where parents can call off work and take their kids to a game and there not competiting with the other sports at this time of the day.

            it is a bad profession to be in. they make as much as desk jockeys and the league is always downsizing, which gives them no job security. Christ, most college educated men make more then these WNBA players, except maybe the few recognizable names.

                Agree the pay is shit and the lack of job security doesn't make it anymore appealing but to be able to play a sport and make a descent enough living for a few years is not all that bad IMO. Plus they can always use their free time while playing to advance their careers by getting an MBA, law school, etc.
