Don't know the whole story and won't bother looking it up but I can tell ya from previous experience with ol' Willie Bear, if you talk to him straight and listen to reason, he generally will very understanding. I had an issue once and after some discussion realized Willie's hands were tied and he was just doing as instructed. We "talked to one another like men and kept the ego's in check and things went smooth as a possums underbelly.
