question about chances of win/loose

18 small - No bet here...just watched the result...

As you can see, the winnings numbers were 12 times only big numbers, between 19-36...
I would like to have your opinion regarding this...the chances of one like this to happen...

Many books have anti-martingale software built in so you have to bet the REVERSE MARTINGALE to ensure success.
