The television show The First 48 was rolling film with the cops when they stormed a house in Detroit. The attorney for the family claims to have watched the video and says the police threw an incendiary device through the front window (which burned the girl) and the police discharged the weapon while outside the home. The police claimed there was a confrontation with the grandmother which caused the discharge. The video shows there was no confrontation. The dwelling is an apartment. The police claimed they had a search warrant for both floors. They broke into the lower AND the upper apartments. Come to find out, the search warrant for the upper apartment is dated AFTER they stormed the lower one.
