I was told by the rep that if you have either 5000 in handle or 50 dollars in personal losses you can recieve comp. I had 6238.44 wagered (in handle) for the casino this month and was up 7.62 overall. Regardless of the fact that I was a winning player it is on the website that if you have over 5000 in handle you will be issued comp. So I contact support and they say I have not met the "Comp Points" requirements, which until Today I have never heard of(Been a member for about a year). They tell me I had 495 points out of the required 500. However when I asked the employees prior to today if I was eligible, they told me Yes every single time. Bodog offered me 6 dollars and a free tournment seat(New Player 100k Qualifier), but I think my comp would have been worth a little more. Did anyone else have trouble getting comp? And doesnt it seem weird that I didnt meet the 500 pt requirement when I have wagered significantly less in previous months, and still met the requirement?

#4They wouldn't give me a bonus of any kind on my deposit because it wasn't at least 75$. Even though I earned around 50 points and they only wanted 5points per dollar realeased. They told me I was only eligible for a bonus If I deposited at least 75$.
I told them If I wasnt given some kind of bonus they would be losing a over five year player. They told me "sorry, I can give you the number to cancel your account." This is all after I was told I would be given a free play then hours later they told me I wouldn't.Comment -

#7Apparently 5 online representatives lied to me and the opertor over the phone knows everything. The 5 online reps told me I had 6238.44 in handle and that I was up 7.62 dollars, where as the nice lady over the phone says my handle was 4,600 something and I was down 6.18. I mean im sure the Comp would have only of been 10 dollars, but its the principle of the thing. I dont know who was telling the truth but im a little dissappointed. I mean they gave me 5 dollars out of inconvience, but I still think my comp would have been more. And on a side note Ive been on there over 6 months and have pushed over 50k in net activity, so it is a bit offensive. However, in light of all this, Bodog IMO is still offering the best Sportsbook, Casino/Poker Combo out there right now, so Ill let this one go.Comment -

I think it's not about being a 5 year customer but how much $$$ you have deposited and/or lost in those 5 years. I'll venture a guess that maybe $20 is an abnormally small deposit for you and you may have a case to make even if it is nitpicking over a few bucks.
If not then it probably just isn't "worth it" for them.Comment -
