Do any of you guys know where to find an excel spreadsheet that has basic stats for all of the teams. Kind of like the info found in the matchups from statfox but in a spreadsheet form that is updated weekly.

I want to start screwing around with a spreadsheet system but who has the time to manually update it every week with current stats.

Do any of you guys do this?

at professionalgambler.com, they sell nfl data in excel spreadsheet format, goes back to around '92 or something.

the guy sucks as a handicapper, but i have bought data from him!
