This weekend really hit home for me. I slept on the couch for two days straight and only got up for eat and use the bathroom. Didn't gamble, didn't go outside, ignored my girlfriend who was over for the whole weekend and basically sat around like a bum.
Going to change my life boyz and here is how:
1) No alcohol and only prescription drugs that are prescribed to me. No opiate based painkillers of any kind.
2) Healthy sleeping patterns.
3) Healthy eating.
4) Going to slowly work my way up to training at least 4 times a week in the gym. I was doing 5 times a week but hurt myself (this lead to painkillers).
5) Save money. I save 14% a week right now would like to save at least 17%.
6) Stop being obsessed with being depressed.
Wish me luck. Think I hit rock bottom this weekend.
