tore my labrum and just had surgery...it's a bitch

I had a labrum tear and surgery done in April 09 and it still hurts when I reach for the sky. Wish I never had surgery.

never tore a rotator cuff, had all sorts of minor arm and shoulder injuries through the years from Pitching, Javelin throwing and Water Polo/swimming. inevitably whenever i'm at the ballpark with a few beers with friends, someone challenges me to try to hit over 80 mph's on one of those speed gun games.... and I screw up my arm for a week or so.

paritally tore somthing in my pec/delt tie-in a almost 2 years ago. its just now getting to the point I can do any lift/movement without feeling tentative
