Incorrect. I read that at least one site allows it. (Unfortunately I don't remember the name of that site)

I also believe many tracks allow on-site bet cancellation, which is the reason why tote-board changes past post. In Canada they don't allow this.

Both YouBet.Com and TwinSpires.Com allow it.

Looks like both have the same parent company as CD just purchased Youbet. Both cancellation policies are eerily similar. Maximum of 20 cancellations per week at 3,000 per cancellation pool.
