PONTIAC, Mich. -- A third man who police said robbed four little girls' lemonade stand in Pontiac last week has been arrested.

The theft happened last Sunday, on the corner of Cornell and Hollywoods streets.

The victims were three 9-year-olds and a 6-year-old.

“They started about 9:30 in the morning and they were selling lemonade,” said a neighbor witness, who asked not to be identified. “They worked hard all day to make an honest dollar … Then, three men came up, two pretended to buy lemonade and one stole their money.”

The neighbor said one of the girls’ mother chased the teens down the street. Police were able to arrest two of them.

Johntae Breon Washington, 17, was charged with assault and battery. Police said he is accused of pushing the mother in the face after she confronted him about stealing the money. He was fined $350 and remains at the Oakland County Jail.

Bario Stephon Johnson, 19, was charged with possession of marijuana. Police said he had a marijuana joint behind his ear when he was confronted by police. He was fined $250 and has been released from the Oakland County Jail.

Police said the third teen got away with about $40 from the stand.

He was later identified as 17-year-old Keyon Lamar Miller. He was arrested at his Pontiac home Friday and arraigned on a charge of larceny from a person.

He was given a $2,000 bond.

“I mean, that is the lowest low when you can steal a little kid’s lemonade stand. That’s bad,” the neighbor said.

The girls plan to have another lemonade sale on July 31.

90-Year-Old Detroiter Says She Was Raped

Detroit police have now released information about the heinous rape of a 90-year-old woman in her home last Thursday night. Law enforcement are combing the streets of Motor City looking for the two 30-something men who not only brutally attacked the elderly woman but robbed her as well.

The victim's grandson, Gordon Mosley (pictured), who usually checks in on his grandmother, called her and received no answer. He then thought that something was wrong, so he paid her a visit.

When the young man walked in to the home, the nonagenarian was not in her usual location. Mosley was panic-stricken when he stumbled upon his grandmother, pinned behind her bed, visibly shaken and unable to move.

The woman told her grandson that she tried to muster up the strength to fight off her vicious attackers but was physically unable to stop them. According to police reports, the predators entered the home through a side entrance at around 10 p.m.

Mosley, who was overcome with emotion, told Fox 2 news:

"[She] said that they raped her," Mosely added. "They got to be the scum of the earth. They better hope the police find them before we find them."

Mosley also said that his cousin usually stays with the grandmother but went out of town earlier last week. Mosley suspects that the attackers had been watching the home to see when the coast would be clear to make their move.

The grandmother was taken to a nearby hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.

Meanwhile the sick culprits, who also stole money, jewelry and guns from the woman's home, are still on the loose. The Detroit police department is asking anyone with information about the case to contact their office immediately.

MOUNT CLEMENS, Mich. -- The preliminary hearing scheduled Monday for a 22-year-old Clinton Township man charged in connection with the robbery of a legally blind man has been pushed back until September 13.

David Antoine Anderson pleaded not guilty and requested a court-appointed lawyer during his arraignment earlier this month in Clinton Township District Court.

He was charged with unarmed robbery, a 15-year penalty, and aggravated assault, a misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Prosecutors said Anderson and a 16-year-old suspect jumped 50-year-old Daniel Perron while he was walking in Mount Clemens on Aug. 3 and stole $600 from him.

But Anderson's attorney said his client was actually trying to help Perron because they both left the same corner store at the same time. Anderson's attorney said he's trying to get copies of tapes with witnesses listed in police reports.

In an interview with Local 4, Perron described the attack.

"I was coming home, and they knocked me down," he said. "They kicked me all over. They punched me in the head."

The 50-year-old said his head was smashed against a fence.

"They were trying to tip me upside down to get the money," he said. "That's the money, all the money, I have in the month to live on."

Perron said he heard the suspects encouraging others to continue the beating until they got the money.

"I kept trying to get away and to stand up. When I stand up, 'Boom,' I get kicked again," he said.

Perron said a good Samaritan noticed what was happening and chased the group away.

Perron said he wasn't seriously hurt, but is covered in bruises.

Prosecutors are expected to review the 16-year-old's case. He is being held in Macomb County's juvenile justice system.
