Betusa and sportsbetting did refuse to participate in Jazzette's thievery. Still would avoid them as long as they associate with Jazzette.

I would say the only concern with BetUSA is that they use Sportsbook.com CS and processing. Sportsbook.com has shown the non-US players that they don't mind not paying them. A lot of players who liked Sportsbook.com say they will go to BetUSA. They like the menu and of course processing for deposits is very good.

This is actually why I asked... I have PlayersOnly now and the setup isn't too bad actually... I wanted to stay with Jazzette's sportsbook.com family so I thought I would browse all their sister sites to see if any of them had a menu I liked better...
Thanks again

I think you already know this but, PlayersOnly is owned by Sportsbook.com and Jazette which made the decision to steal. Superbook is also owned directly by them.

Bill... Come on now... of course I know this.. I have been sticking up for Sportsbook.com I was bothered by the fact they didn't refund losers as well as winners but now they have so I am totally satisfied with them that's why I am staying with this group of books...
Sportsbook.com or that family is still my number one out!!!

That's what I thought originally, but then SB released a statement the next day saying that people with confiscated funds can email them for a re-audit. If SB felt the player warranted a refund, they would do so. I emailed them, but to no avail; the original decision stood. I do know RX was working hard for one individual to get the losses back, but never heard how it turned out. Maybe SBR knows: Anybody get a credit for losses at SB?

HedgeHog,
It has been tough to follow up with who from the initial complaint list had those credited. Can you send me a new email that I can forward to SB. They eventually said that all correlateds would be voided from that time frame.

Bill: Just sent you a copy of the confiscation email. Thanks for following up on this.

They never "refunded" anything. They had just taken the net winnings from the time period back to Sept 1st. I'm sure they didn't hunt down any players who had a net losing figure on correlated stuff during that time and give them their money back. Sticking up for this book is shameful.

Nope. I did the same thing with the audit. They sent me an email back detailing how they took the net winnings and came up with the figgure that they did. Saying they were refunding losing parlays also was just a way to get people off their back for a little while.
