What was the interview process?

I had 3 interviews .Phone interview with a recruit staffer 2nd with the head of HR and the 3rd with Mr.Dowd Ritter.

1st interview ws just going over my background and education the second interview I had to show my Series 7 and 55 license I was informed on what type of securities I would be trading if I got the job. My commission is set at 10% depending on what Im doing it can go to 15% if im helping underwrite equities which we hardly do nowadays.

There were no math/probability tests? You are on the sell side? Broker/dealer type setup?
I thought compensation was mainly a base salary plus huge bonuses?

If you know how to read a chart you will be find calculate leverage I was trained on the mostly they train you on the exotic products like MBS CDS amongst others .We do get bonuses they are not huge about $150,000 each year I do get a base salary plus 10% of all commissioned trades plus options .Its about 1.2 million per year when it all is added up I manage about $430,000,000 for about 25 clients .I am a broker but RF is the dealer of the securities I just stand in andfind value for our clients.
