Flyers starting goalie Brian Boucher is out so backup Michael Leighton will start - he hasn't started a game in 2 months.

If they are tied at 2-2 a push is assured, if teams aren't tied look for empty net goals, more than one empty net goal is very possible.

Realistically, for this wager to lose the score would have to be 1-1 or so late into the 3rd period, with a backup goalie starting for Philly and the possibility of empty net goals the OVER 5 looks everything like a very good wager tonight.

Fischler, 5 is a great number for betting over in an NHL game, the chances of it going under are far less than it going over or pushing. Tonights game has a better than normal chance of cashing.

At worst, I believe it pushes and at 2-2 you can enjoy the game knowing the over cannot lose, it could go over early as well, IMHO the under has a small chance here, over is the smart bet, the likelihood of over 5 goals seems to be much greater as far as I'm concerned.

Line movement is over rated IMO in many cases. Cap your game and go with it instead of looking for where the money goes. Money isn't always right. Look at Game 6 with Pittsburgh & Montreal, the whole world about was on the UNDER again and folks who took o5.5 got a +130 or better payout. No movement here I think is solely because people remember the last game last and it finished at 4. Game situation here to me also dictates a play on the over.

Like i said the line on the total never moved at pinnacle and other big shops. I dont have time to cap the games - i let the books do that for me. When a spread or total doesnt move you fade the public - any seasoned gambler knows that.
