Bonus whores might want to read this one
I was just looking at the latest rules monitor scan of betED and noticed that they just added this content to there rules.

It looks like this was added sometime after October 5th, so I just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

Their is nothing wrong with these rules at all. However I did want to give bonus abusers a heads up on the rule change though, because you just know somebody will come asking SBR for some assistant with a problem of this nature at some point.

I just don't want to see Bill, Justin7, and Lakersfan flooded with complaints in the near future over this stuff... Hence the "heads up".

I agree that there needs to be no complaints on this one, it makes sense.

I share the same IP with approximately 500 coworkers around here.

I have a non-static IP at home and I access internet through my providers transparent proxys whether I wanted or not.

This sums up as Forget BetEd for me, not that I really wanted to play there anyways.

Do you think any of your co-workers use BetED?

Not really, but if it is possible that my winnings will be confiscated, I will not be taking that chance.

I do see why these kind of rules are added, but I also believe that this rule gives BetEd a free pass to confiscate whatever they want from about 50% of Finnish players. In the light of recent events in offshore betting business, I do not have the balls to take these kind of risks.

Also, thanks for BBD about the heads up.

                        NP bud...

If you noticed the little disclaimer above, you would have noticed that it's still OK to use a proxy as long as you get permission upfront from their management team.

Now with that being said... If you indeed take advantage of that and get approval from them then make sure you get it in writing, and save the email. Otherwise their wouldn't be any recourse on your part.

Thanks for the heads up. I hope this rule is emphasized when someone signs up for a new account.

We can bring this subject into the light all we want to Justin, but we both know that it's not going to stop the bonus abusers from giving it the old college try at some point down the road.

I'm guessing that you will receive at least a few of these types of complaints in the next month or so.

That wouldn't matter as long as he got approval from Management IMG.
