Opinions on John Hollinger?

I think he's a good sportswriter but he's always trashed at espn.com for his overuse of stats and his preoccupation with the obvious.

What's your opinion?

Hollinger is one of the best basketball writers out there. Anyone who think he *over*uses stats needs to reevaluate things. I've seen him misuse stats at times, but it's pretty seldom.
