Some news from a European sportsbook:
Unibet director, Petter Nylander, has been arrested by the French goverment, according to a press release from Unibet.
He was arrested in Holland this Monday, on his way home to the UK. The reason for arresting him, is the French national monopoly (Française des Jeux ), as well as the PMU charge from 2006 against Unibet for violation of French betting rules.
The rules controlling the French market from 1836 and 1891, protecting the governmentbusinesses from privat competition.
Even if Unibet was aware France would react like this, it came as a surprise.
Unibet is saying they will use legal force in attempt to release Nylander, and is not tolerating the treatment of their director.
Sorry for the bad English
