It would be nice to offer standard def or high def videos, like youtube does. I agree, the compression is a bit too high and we are losing out on valuable stuff when the RW girls are up there.

Thanks for the feedback.

We are very soon expecting to upgrade the player, and when we do the current level of compression will be done away with. We actually use professional equipment to produce the vids, it's the player that reduces the quality. The new player is expected to be ready by June.

Are you fukking kidding me? SBR.tv videos are already huge as hell. I can't even watch 99% of them because just 4 or 5 minutes is 200MB and I have bandwidth limits. Fukking ridiculous, and I find the vids are the same quality as Youtube, where there, 5 mins is around 20 or 30 MB only.

i have a monthly limit, but i divide that into how much i can use per day. i can use about 600MB per day DLing, which is an OK amount. i can watch hours of youtube vids with that, but with SBR.tv, it reaches 600MB in 10 min flat and has the same quality as youtube (which is watchable, nothing wrong with the quality). so i just watch it sparsely. and i'm fine with that. but now people want to INCREASE the quality, no doubt increasing the size ten fold.
