Can anyone tell me if there is an unwritten rule on number of book to book transfers that can be made before you may be limited. I read a recent post where a player was limited to one transfer per month due to bet volume versus churn at matchbook. I know most books have a 1x rollover and some have more. Is the rollover all that is required and transfers can made as often as you like? Or will they limit you even when you meet the requirement if you are transferring 2,3,or 4 times per week? The books I am most concerned with are 5Dimes and Matchbook. What about The Greek and Bookmaker?
