should the guy a, give info about his knowledge about why team xxxx will win the championship???

Question 2
should guy b take the advice without any other info about why or how team xxxx will win??

Question 3
if guy a is just given an advice to guy b, why he gets mad if guy b doesn't what to take the advice because a ddesn't give him full info??
