No. There will always be a need for traditional bookmaking. If I'm spending money on marketing I might as well try to appeal accross the board to all types of bettors.

We have our VIP books for our bigger players.

Actually JJ is spot on. My books may not be the biggest but they are very well run. A few years back when I first sat down with SBR I brought my references from one of the most respected players in the industry with me. If you don't believe me or JJ just ask Bill Dozer

I know a couple of Scandinavian bookies tried the model of both sportsbook and exchang. Didnt go to well, not a lot of liquidity. Obviously they had to compete with Betfair, for Blackie its mostly Matchbook on the exchange, which is not considered a threat.
