Is the RX located in the U.S.

I think Sean made a good point that the Rx is not in the U.S. If it is not in the U.S., does U.S. law apply? I would think they would have to be sued in Costa Rica or were ever they are.

I am not a lawyer either, and this seems a question for an expert in this area of law.
