Former NBA All-Star Walker eyeing comeback (Degenerate Gambla)
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Former NBA All-Star Antoine Walker is eyeing an NBA comeback.
Louisville coach Rick Pitino says Walker will work out with several Cardinals over the next few weeks. Walker hasn't played in the NBA since 2008 and has suffered legal and financial woes since stepping away from the game.
Walker agreed to pay three Las Vegas casinos over $900,000 to settle three bad check charges last fall.
Pitino, who coached Walker at Kentucky in the 1990s, said he also hopes Walker will talk to his players about the temptations that come with life as a professional.
Walker was a three-time all-star with the Boston Celtics and won a championship with the Miami Heat in 2006. He played briefly in Puerto Rico during the 2009-10 season.

              Legal troubles

On January 5, 2009, Walker was arrested for suspicion of drunk driving at Miami Beach. He had been driving with his headlights off and reportedly had a strong odor of alcohol. His case is still pending and thus has not been convicted.[8]
On July 15, 2009, Walker was charged with three felony counts of writing bad checks related to gambling debts he had incurred at three Las Vegas casinos.[9] Walker was arrested on July 15 at Harrah's Casino in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada. The charges stemmed from over $800,000 in gambling debts. Walker was in Tahoe to play in the American Century Celebrity Golf Classic the following day.[10]
              Robberies

In July 2000, Walker and former University of Kentucky teammate Nazr Mohammed were robbed outside a Chicago South Side restaurant.[11] In a separate incident on July 9, 2007, Walker and another individual were robbed at gunpoint by two offenders in his own house. The assailants made off with close to $200,000 worth of merchandise, including Walker's Mercedes. His car was later recovered having been stripped of its expensive aftermarket wheels and stereo system. Four men have been charged in this robbery and two of them have also been linked to the similar robbery of fellow NBA player, Eddy Curry.[12]

how much do you think he could make per appearance for talking about gambling issues (or something like this). He is a pretty big name so you would think he could make money doing something like this even.
