I agree, guns suck! I am not a big fan of the gun laws, and I am a democrat. I believe in our constitutional right to own a firearm, but everyone shouldn't be allowed to just because it's in the constitution. I own weapons for one reason & one reason only. Those fuks in that video coming to my door taking away my rights.

I'm glad you agree. I don't own one because I have a small child in the house and I've seen the things she can get into. I know they make safes that are for this purpose but why have it locked in one? If I was going to use it, what are the chances I would be able to unlock a safe, get the gun out of it, and use it on a person entering my home? Pretty slim, I would think.

I live in Arizona and I see lots of stories on the news that show children who have found "the gun" in the house and killed themselves or their little friends...very sad stories. So, I do understand your point about everyone should not have the right to own one. Plus, I have been on such a losing streak on games that who knows what I would do if I owned one...(just kidding)!

I honestly have never had that experience and don't want to. I was camping once with my girlfriend at the time about 15 years ago when some rednecks decided to shoot their guns behind a berm right behind where our tent was located...that was some scary shit. Could hear the bullets hitting...total idiots...but we made it out alive luckily.

They say its a narcotics search warrant in the video. Most likely they have this guy on at least two wire buys for something. If you sell drugs(to snitches) this is what happens, although it was vicious to shoot that little dog. I bet that guy feels bad.

Securing a nighttime search warrant means there were some circumstances making this more dangerous than normal, and a judge allowed a nighttime exception warrant to be executed, which is a big deal.

I know everyone likes to pile on those with authority, from the President, to the military, to law enforcement, to your high school teacher. But at the end of the day, it is these people who do a job most or either unwilling, or unable to do. Find me a group of people that raise their hands when asked if they want to do a job which requires body armor everyday, puts you in a position in which you might get killed or seriously injured, gets you constantly criticized, and pays about $50k a year. I like those people.

You break the law and bad shit usually happens to you. From getting your dog shot, to getting tased in the outfield of a Phillies game, to getting waterboarded after you try to kill Americans. Tough shit! The cops were not there because they were bored and I'm sure all of them would have rather have been at home watching TV. They were there because of the actions of the criminal.

Bottom line, at the end of the day, I'll support the decisions of the police over a YouTube member trying to incite anti-police sediment without, my guess is, any of the facts. If the dog was secured, then yes, the shooter should be disciplined.

Any they do some stupid shit, but you have to separate three types of events and decide which they fall under before you automatically criticize. One, the cops did the right thing but it was either mis-characterized, and/or it doesn't 'look' good to those that are the liberal sheep of our society. Two, the cops made a bad decision but thought at the time it was the right one. And three, they made ad asshole decision knowing it was the wrong thing. Criticize the last; even criticize the second, but reserve judgment on the first until you know all the facts. "
