They know exactly how old they are unless they are morons of course
Just think if you got to say you were 15 instead of 17 and got to be in highschool 2 more years to get better at sports and bang more freshman

    2. Should announcers on tv betting a dinner be against the rules and be banned from the hall of fame, especially since those dinners probaly cost around 1 k. Why is there a bet by announcers on every game i watch

1 - depends on the level of play. A 22 year old pretending to be 17 has an advantage if he's playing high school kids. It doesn't matter in the pros.

2 - No. They don't actually affect games.

Disagree, it effects the economics of the game, ex. would be miguel tejada. lied about his age and earned millions more because of it. After the revelations the O's GM admitted they wouldn't have offered him a six year deal if they knew he was 30, not 28 as everyone thought.

I abhor it, but I understand why they do it.....

but it can cost a team millions.....

signing a 6'016 year old dominican with an 89 fastball for a 300k bonus can be a savy move... but if he is actually 19 and stopped growing... that stuff multiplied many times over can fuk up your lower level farm system.....

                      It's not cheating, it's stealing.
There is no competitive edge gained by the player/team if it happens.
