I was at the game in which JR hit his first homer in a MLB uniform..............first spring training game of his rookie year.

I have an 8 x 10 of his foot touching homeplate that I took with my Cannon.................have a few copies and hope to give one to Ken someday.

I don't understand how a team can take season ticket holder money when it sends out Bradley and Griffey in the 4 and 5 slots. They are basically telling the fans they have no interest in winning.

Seattle is a GOOD team, i am sure they have a top prospect in the minors who could fill Griffey's shoes nicely

We have no bats in AAA whatsoever. Just a bunch of 1B/DH types that strikeout alot. The best thing we could do is cut Mike Sweeney, and make Griffey a pinch hitter. That way Bradley can DH everyday. We just brought up a guy from AAA, Ryan Langerhans, who can make this happen by taking the left field job everyday. He's good defensively, but not much of a bat. Our top prospect was the 2nd overall pick in last year's draft, Dustin Ackley from UNC. He will be a Major League ready soon (possibly next season), but he's a second baseman.....
