    Update on Nucharge withdrawal delays
    Dear cohbull,

First and foremost, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for contacting Customer Support and for your continued patience.

We acknowledge the length of time that you have been waiting as a source of major frustration and inconvenience and are aware that your patience is wearing quite thin. We have had some major technical and other problems with the eCheck service over August that has affected a large portion of our customers. We have since taken the opportunity to also upgrade the service. These issues and integration glitches have resulted in delayed processing throughout September also.

In normal circumstances, an eCheck can take up to 20 days before the transferred funds are available to you. The reason for this is that 7 to 10 days working days are required for the withdrawal to be approved. Once approved, you will receive an email stating that your withdrawal has been approved. You will also note that the status of the eCheck withdrawal in your account has changed from "Pending" to "Successful".

Furthermore, please note that 7 to 10 working days can follow, from the receipt of the ‘approved’ email to process the funds into your account.

NOTE; Public Holidays and Weekends are NOT included in the above timeframes.

We empathize with your frustrations and assure you that we are trying to help you, to the best of our combined abilities; we appreciate your continued trust and support as we value you as a customer and maintain our focus on your satisfaction even though we are dealing with these unforeseen delays and issues.

Please contact this office on +1 866 760 1861 if you require further assistance with this matter.

Our operating hours are 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week for your convenience.

    Kind regards,
    Customer Support

I haven't dealt with nucharge in awhile (I made a 4 figure deposit to bodog earlier this year) but have read in poker forums that the way to go with bodog right now is to have your nucharge account closed (you can do this on your own through the nucharge site) and request a payout directly from bodog... obviously this probably can't help you in this case but might be helpful info for future cashouts...

I haven't had an issue with Nucharge and I have been witdrawing 2 -4k a week since football started. However, I have been using their ATM cards they provide. I have 8 of them, because each card allows you to only take out 2k a month.

As soon as I move the funds to the ATM card, I go down to my BofA and withdraw the money.

What kind of hit are you taking with the exchange rates? Don't they make you convert USD to AUSD and then back before you can withdrawal?

          Interesting...

It seems like everything I've been reading about their withdraw problems are quite differently stated. Thanks for your input.

There isn't any difference in the exchange rates. That's correct that it changes to AUD to move to the ATM card, but when you go to the ATM, it converts it back at the current rate. I guess if you left the money in the account for a while, then I could see how to amount could fluctuate to the exchange rate, but I am moving the money to the ATM card and withdrawing withing 30 minutes of each other.

The only then I have noticed though, is there are a couple of fees that they charge.
            1) They charge like a $1.50 to convert from USD to AUD
            2) They charge like $2.00 to withdrawl the money from the ATM
            3) BofA charges me $3.00 for withdrawling the money
            4) Out of nowhere I was charged $5.00 for a monthy maintence fee.

I think this is still a lot better then waiting 3 to 4 weeks for my cash, and I believe it is a lot cheaper then what most places charge to do a payout.

Everything I have seen as far as problems has to do with people getting their money out with E-Checks. I had the same problems as most people until I decided to try the ATM cards. As soon as I started using those, I have not had a problem.

Actually, I lied.. I did have a problem for like a couple of days where their system wasn't allowing me to move the money to the ATM cards. But they have fixed it since then.

I can't say I have Rm. I'm sure somebody out there has though, so maybe they will give you the info you are seeking.

I think it took like 2 weeks to get. I requested 2 more last week and haven't received them yet.
