they will only "load" 1000 to the card per week, the POS limit and actual withdrawal limit is 2500 a week...but it would have to accumulate on the card for more than 2 weeks to build up to that, so probably won't happen.

1000 per week to "the card"...i can take out 50 dimes if i want via bank wire...check, any combo of said methods...
