Theismann is so full of himself. He would have requested that.

I'm sure the brass are pretending that tony never said the things he said.

Maybe they will take it a step further and ban the entire guest in booth segment.

Who cares, he was unfunny and the segment as usual sucked. They really should get rid of Korn and Tirico, I'm on the fence about Jaws but maybe his ass needs to go as quick as he came too. Get some quality guys in there.

I found the off shore comments very surprising. It was not the politically correct thing to say. Isn't there some legal aspects also.
I'm sure the brass at espn can"t be to happy about the admition that Tony bets off shore all the time.Of course they do run the point spreads on the ticker before the Sunday games so they are aware of the gaming interests.

Anyone got a link to a story where it actually says he was "banned"?

I pray for the day when they stop trying to "entertain" us and just get some pure football guys in there who can do a play-by-play. Football is the only entertainment I need

the guest in the booth phenomenon is getting worse each year. Very annoying and distracting. They don't care how many fans it annoys because they know we will be back to see the next game and the guest has something to plug.

about Tony K. -- terrible - he should go. Tirico, IMO is an excellent play by play man and Jaws is great. I can't believe those 2 enjoy having to work with Tony K.

we don't watch football for entertainment....I agree, they should stop trying to add the "entertainment angle" to the booth..football is the #1 rated "sport" in the US...so if networks would just inform us about the "sport" we are watching instead of "entertain" us that would be much better.
