i havn't seen any information on this company for months. has anybody been able to pry any money out of them? anybody know their current status?

The last I remember reading was that Gary Kaplan took all the money and fled Ricky. Now that he has been brought to justice I really don't know where it is at this time.Comment -

BetonSports Customers May be Paid?
Gambling911.com has received further confirmation that a US Court has granted the Antiguan online gambling licensing arm the authority to go after entities currently holding funds related to shut down gaming operator, BetonSports Friday.
"It looks like we will be getting some of our money back," a former employee of the company tells Gambling911.com.
Details were vague on Friday but this order was granted by the courts and offers some "real" glimmer of hope that payments may actually be made to customers.
Some of the company's financial business was conducted in Antigua and that island nation has been working diligently to obtain monies for customers.
Some of this is very raw information coming into us. Further clarification is expected later today.
