It's always easy to bitch about all the problems on here or within the industry, but Justing works so incredibly hard and is so well intentioned that I felt the need to call him out for it. I've seen him do everything he can to help players who felt they had no recourse, but have also seen him side with books in cases of clear player fraud. No matter his verdict, Justin absolutely works his butt off to try to find out all the details and do what's right. I can even remember him dissenting from SBR's own ratings a time or two, and sharing long write-ups of why due to player concern.
Justin I've never had to use anyone on SBR for a dispute (playing at top flight books has thus far afforded me that luxury), but if I did I would rest easier knowing guys like you were working on behalf of me.
