    Money Gram - Anyone Use?
Just curious if anyone is aware of any issues with Money Gram? I am looking to use it today to fund my 5Dimes account.

FYI I am doubling up because I posted this question and others in another thread and it probably should be here.

No issues. But if you deposited under your name in the last 7 days then you cannot deposit with 5Dimes under YOUR name.

Not sure I understand exactly what you mean. When you say, "But if you deposited under your name in the last 7 days", are you referring to me making a deposit at 5Dimes? I.E. I you can't deposit using ** twice in a 7 day time period?

I was just leaving to execute the transaction but don't want to get my money tied up, so if you could clarify it would be much appreciated.

Like 5Dimes only has 1 processor i believe. So if you sent a MoneyGram at all to Nicaragua the last 7 days then they won't be able to pick it up. If you haven't deposited via ** to Nicaragua the last 7 days then your fine.

Gotcha, No I haven't deposited yet and the receiver is in the Phillipines so hopefully everything will go smooth.

          Thank you for clarifying.

Its just a 7 day period to Nicaragua using ** under the same name, 3 ways around it if you want to use P2P to deposit: 1. use a different name when using ** to send it to Nicaragua (doesn't make a difference because ** never asks for ID when sending, only receiving), 2. Tell 5Dimes you sent in past 7 days and get a new location, sometimes they have them and sometimes they don't, and 3. Use Western Union as opposed to ** (fees are a little higher but if you're in a bind and need to get the money there, it will work).
