I was flat out told no way to get one that fast , heck took a week to just get appointment to fill out paperwork.

Depends where you live , like I said I had to go to post office and make an appointment and it took a week for that.

I was told 2-4 weeks but after I went to appointment was told they were giving a time frame of 4- 6 weeks.
