No.
Look at the 2010 NFL draft. They hired another quarterback for a reason. Thier backup when Drew Brees is resting or injured.

This is a sucker play. Look at the way the prop is worded. Will he START 17 games. He started every game last year, if I recall. He may not have played more than a series, but he started. What you are really wagering here is if he will get injured, or the Saints will miss the playoffs. I would not touch this wager, but gun to head, I say "No." You can not predict injuries, but you can predict the fact that Atlanta and Carolina not only are going to improve, but get a break in the schedule. Atlanta and Carolina play Cincinnati and Baltimore at home, along with Arizona and San Francisco. New Orleans plays a reverse schedule, playing those teams away. Not only that, Atlanta plays Pitt in Pitt in Week 1, when Big Ben is on suspension. New Orleans gets Pitt at home on Halloween, when Big Ben is back with at least one game under his belt.
So Atlanta improves, gets a better schedule, and should have their QB back from injury. I think they will win the NFC South. No NFC South Champion has ever repeated. Add the chance of injury to all of that, and the answer is No.

Brees does NOT start the final game of the season, because the Saints will have home field wrapped up and the game will be meaningless.

the only way he can play in all 18 games is if they do not go undefeated, becuase if they go 14 - 0 you know that they will rest the starters the last two games of the season

That's awfully low juice for a prop like that. It must have an extremely low limit I would imagine.
