can't see him going back to the steel city. Cards. Bears maybe NE are the better bets imo.

this. Gase hated his pick up and held a grudge.

would be ironic if he comes back to the Steelers as a homecoming.

Steelers could bring back Bell, AB, Plexico Burress, Bam Morris, Jack Ham, and Mark Malone

Someone who is willing to pay veteran's minimum. After Bell and Gurley, I can't believe anyone would even consider paying a RB any decent amount of money.

Mental case and locker room cancer, lost his mojo after leaving PITT and taking the time off. Hard to come back after that and to his old self.. Damaged goods now.

Some team will pick him up though. He'll then get cut again and forced out of the league. Kappernick 2.0..

This is what happens to a player when they have to carry the ball 35 times a game in college

How about Denver, now that Melvin Gordon has been charged with a DUI?

would be interesting to see how much $ and how successful Bell would have been, if he just would have taken the big contract extension Pittsburgh offered or if he had at least played through his franchise tag year and not sat at home getting fat.

Bell's distinct style and the Pittsburgh blocking scheme plus weapons seemed to be very synergistically beneficial.

    Agreed.

Will go down joining the list of players like Sprewell and Dez Bryant (both turned down 3 years 21 mil toward end of their careers and never made anything close to that again). Those are two others that came to quick memory.
