hmm... this is tough...

On the one hand, having a bigger penis is useless for males as it only benefits the female. The only men who would benefit are young single guys. also, most women don't even enjoy penises that are too huge. Maybe a one inch increase in girth and length that happens instantaneously would be cool.

And on the other hand, cancer is a modern form of population control, and if cured, the planet would soon be inhospitable (or another cancerlike disease would just replace it)

But for what it's worth, unless a woman's with a guy who truly has a millimeter peter, Masu's right: Most of us don't want a guy hung like Ron Jeremy. Just read some damn books and learn how to use it properly!

The cancer cure is definitely the right choice, both morally and financially.
